This program is designed for players that a UTR rating of 3+.
Players meet Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for 2.5 hours from 5:30-8 PM
- August 12th 2025-May 29th 2026
Friday is inclement weather makeup day or match play day.
Objective: we will focus on covering the four pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical & mental.
Format:
*ratio of 4/6:1,players to coach
*drills implemented in a closed and open
environment to develop both technique and
tactics.
*singles and doubles play
*footwork drills and conditioning tests.
